FOX News: Far from balanced

If there was ever any doubt about FOX News' slanted, partisan approach to journalism, please watch this video of a FOX news reporter interrogating a priest who defends the Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

By the way, Jeremiah Wright left college to volunteer for the U.S. Marine Corps, then after his committment was up after two years he went into the U.S. Navy. The future Rev. Wright went on to serve on the presidential medical staff in the 1960s.

What has Bill O'Reilly ever done for his country?

O'Reilly's now saying he's "tired" of the Jeremiah Wright story. Oh really Bill? Every night for 30 nights in a row is getting old? It's a hoot when Bill complains about the "media" like he's not a part of it.

I think the North Carolina stomping and the strong showing in Indiana were a referendum on the issue. People are reacting to this over-the-top guilt-by-association bs. Go ahead rightwing media outlets; continue at your own peril.

Let's be "balanced" here, Andrew ...

If McCain was sitting in the pews for years while some lunatic was spouting crazy hate speech, the left would be all over it.

The sad part of all this is that there are a shocking number of people who actually believe Wright's rants. THAT is what Obama should be addressing and refuting. I think he'd get a lot of converts if he did.

What has Bill O'Reilly ever done for his country?

Nothing.

Spoken like true believer progressives spouting talking points. Go back to watching MSNBC, now there's some fair and balanced journalism.

No, McCain wasn't sitting in Hagee's or Parsley's pews. He just sought their endorsements.

I liked the McCain that ran for president in 2000. That maverick didn't rollover for the religious rightwingers that stole the GOP.
