They're going to be left feeling Green

How do I think the Lakers/Celtics NBA finals will play out?

Try this on for size -- Lakers in 7.

There's no doubt about this one, Los Angeles will leave the Celtics feeling green.

Kobe, Kobe, Kobe!!

Yea, it's humble and PC to keep from gloating. No one is right all the time, right? Well, too bad. I'm right and the case I pitched over a year ago that Kobe Bryant is the best player ever is about to get a lot more easy to swallow.

Baron Davis

Hey, I know the Western Conference is stacked with great players, but Baron Davis being left off the All-Star team? That's an injustice and a mistake. I hope that Baron — similar to what Al Harrington said — will prove that he should have been selected by taking it out on the Warriors' foes in the second half.

Isiah Thomas: IT's state of denial

How can the Knicks continue to keep Isiah Thomas as head coach? IT traded for and built the deplorable dynamo that is currently 8-22. IT coaches the team that occupies spot No. 28 of the 30 NBA teams — in other words, only Miami and Minnesota have worse records. IT certainly has earned his title of president of vice (aka vice president) with his sexist, narcissistic demeanor. And now the Madison Square Garden ushers have handed out cards warning court-side fans to not heckle IT? Telling NYC fans to not heckle one of their teams is tantamount to telling a two-year old child to not say "No!" And aren't these the same fans who pay the salaries of IT and his totally overpaid, non-cohesive devotees? IT must have some good dirt on James Dolan, for IT's boss to look the other way. IT states that he believes that "one day we will win a championship here ... "(and that he will be a part of it). IT's best move would be to fire himself as coach. Then, having set a good example, Dolan could fire IT.

Giants officials hope that the move will bring in more money, which will mean the Giants can stay in the top 10 in MLB salaries. If you wish to know more about that, read this Mercury News article. But the reason I mention this today is because you'll be noticing some changes at FSN in the coming months, and they could affect you, the North Coast viewer.
