When Life Hands You Sunshine...
...Take a dip in your closest mud puddle. It was such a gorgeous day that I let hygiene and a possible case of giardia slide, by giving the kiddos full permission to play in the mud puddle located just off our driveway. Hubby wants to fill the puddle in with gravel but I've been hesitant to do so since it's the perfect depth for duck swimming and kid boot galloping. Needless to say, it's still there and the kids had a blast at it's expense. And the ducks were none to happy see three partially naked children swimming in their poop soup.

My son used to have a pair of the "yellow" boot fever.. Now that he has outgrown the "yellow" boot fever.. he has a slight attempt to make me laugh hard.. gotta visit my blog- but be warned don't drink anything!

I am NOT doing your laundry! Remember when we let you and Unkie R do this in the big puddle we had out front? If I rmember right Junie was in it with you????? I haven't laughed this hard in awhile, thanks SIS.

Some of us work for a living and do not have the opportunity to enjoy the sunshine.
Now admit it that is was an easy way to do the laundry and give the kids a bath at the same time. LOL

Gump- you totally got me! Beck - the ducks were in the neighbor's yard, scowling, quacking, and watching. And yes Mom, some of my best memories were from that huge mud puddle on the street. Thanks Scriptor and Tracey, I appreciate your very nice comments. Jen, off to read your blog!
