Yes, I know, I originally had them due today but I finally took off my shoes and did the appropriate math only to realize I was off by four days. The little eggs are moving around quite a bit so I'm thinking they may be a little early.

Has it been determined who the father is yet? My bet is on Uncle R. I will even bet they will look like him with all that fuzzy hair on top of their heads. They will even be hungry like he always is and stand their with their mouths hanging open for food.

Okay, I have to ask. Are those ear phones on the eggs? Like you're piping some music to them? Or are you listening to them? I kind of like the music option...can just picture little chickies rocking out in their little eggs!

Ha! Nope, not headphones, those are actually temperature and humidity gauges. Those little duck eggs have proven to be a major pain in the butt because they are so picky on their settings. I'm thinking I should have just taken 26 days off of work and sat on them myself!

OOOOOH! I want to hatch baby chickens! Now I have to read backwards til I find out what's up here. Do you have an incubator? Did you make one? I'm very serious about this chicken stuff, I need a flock.
